INGREDIENTS

1 box (16 oz.) plain couscous
1 can (16 oz.) black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, crushed
¼ cup fresh lime juice.
RECIPE

  • Prepare couscous according to package.
  • Place cooked couscous in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix together gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for two hours, if desired.
  • May be served warm.
