radishes, sliced very thin |

| RECIPE |
- Place the sliced cucumbers and onions in large bowl, sprinkle with salt, toss and let rest about 5-10 minutes to bring out some of the moisture.
- While cucumbers and onions are resting, mix together the sour cream, sugar, lime juice, and dill weed in a large serving bowl.
- Drain cucumbers and onions on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
- Place in serving bowl with sour cream mixture, add radishes, and toss gently.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving salad, sprinkle with chives.
