INGREDIENTS

⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups flaked coconut
½ to ¾ cups chopped dry roasted almonds
¼ cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.  Spray the cookie sheet with non-fat cookie spray.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.  Bake no more than 12 at a time.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until delicately browned.
  • Immediately loosen all cookies from cookie sheet and remove to a wire rack immediately.
