| RECIPE |
- Whisk together yogurt and maple syrup. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Prepare desired fruit, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
- Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and coat thoroughly.
- As each slice is coated, place in skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Serve with yogurt mix and top with desired fruit.
