INGREDIENTS

3 cups hot cooked long grain rice
2 small or 1 large lime, juiced
  zest of 1 lime, chopped finely
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
RECIPE

  • Prepare rice according to package, fluff with fork.
  • Add lime juice, zest, and cilantro. Stir well.
  • Serve with shrimp.
