| RECIPE |
- Season chops with pepper.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown chops on one side.
- Turn chops and add apple juice, jelly, and mustard.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature of pork registers 160ºF on an instant read thermometer.
