INGREDIENTS

4 (1 oz.) ¾-inch boneless pork chops
¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. vegetable oil
¼ cup apple juice
2 tbsp. apple jelly
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
RECIPE

  • Season chops with pepper.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Brown chops on one side.
  • Turn chops and add apple juice, jelly, and mustard.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature of pork registers 160ºF on an instant read thermometer.
