| RECIPE |
- In a medium saucepan, combine egg, milk, tapioca, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cook tapioca over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil, 6-8 minutes.
- Add vanilla and cocoa powder. Stir only enough to mix.
- Pour into serving cups. Let cool for 20 minutes. Chill.
