| RECIPE |
- Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and chocolate chips together in a small saucepan.
- Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat, and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in espresso and vanilla.
- Pour into four (4 ounce) ramekins.
- Serve warm or cover with plastic wrap and chill.
