INGREDIENTS

3¼ lb. chicken, cooked and diced.
¼ cup thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp. onion powder
⅛ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
RECIPE

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl and chill.
  • Serve either in a tomato cup, on lettuce leaves, or with some saltines.
