INGREDIENTS

1 pkt. (1.12 oz.) fajita marinade
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen pepper stir fry vegetables
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
½ cup salsa
RECIPE

  • Prepare the fajita marinade according to the package.
  • Add chicken and vegetables to the marinade. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken and vegetables in skillet.
  • Add marinade, if desired. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is desired tenderness and heated through. Stir mixture occasionally.
  • Wrap fajita mixture in warmed tortilla. Serve with salsa.
