| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place raisins and water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Let raisins soak.

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, canola oil, applesauce, egg whites, skim milk, and vanilla.

Add raisins to sugar mixture.

Measure and sift flours, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add to the large bowl.

Add the rolled oats and walnuts to the large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Spread dough into an ungreased 13x9” baking pan.

Bake for 20-23 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
