| RECIPE |
- Put mayonnaise into a medium bowl.
- Slowly whisk in buttermilk until smooth.
- Whisk in vinegar and honey.
- Add rice, carrots, onion, and raisins. Toss to coat.
- Serve at once, or cover and chill thoroughly.
