| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 275ºF. Place a baking sheet in the oven. (This will keep the waffles warm while each is being made.)

In medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, butter, and eggs.

Add flour mixture and mix just until batter is combined (it will still be lumpy).
- Heat waffle iron. Brush waffle iron with oil.
- Pour batter onto iron leaving ½-inch border for expansion.

Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Transfer waffle to baking sheet in oven and repeat until all are made.
