INGREDIENTS

¾ lb. potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked
¼ cup low-fat buttermilk, warmed
2 tsp. unsalted butter
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper
RECIPE

  • Partially mash cooked potatoes in large bowl.
  • Add warm buttermilk, mixing well and mashing completely.
  • Add butter, salt and pepper. Finish mixing.
