INGREDIENTS

1 cup orzo, uncooked
3 cups shredded carrots
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 chopped fresh parsley
RECIPE

  • Sauté orzo and carrots in large skillet with a little olive oil until orzo is golden. Stir in chicken broth and simmer until all liquid has been absorbed.
  • Toss in parmesan and parsley and enjoy!
