| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in the egg, sugar, and molasses.
- Add the water, oil and applesauce. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into greased 9 x 9" square baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
