Change! Together... Yes We Can!
    Harold A. Schaitberger, General President
"As times change, so must our strategies change to reflect the ever evolving challenges posed by the current social, political and economic environments. The conference theme -- “Change! Together…Yes We Can!” -- demonstrates that only by joining together in solidarity can we confront these challenges and continue to draw more capable and qualified women and people of color to all ranks within the fire service and to leadership positions throughout this fine union."

    -Harold A. Schaitberger, General President
