Go Passionately Pink This October

Passionately Pink, a breast cancer awareness and fundraising program benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation, seeks to make breast cancer a thing of the past. IAFF affiliates have proudly supported this and other breast cancer programs through the years and, through their collective efforts, have improved the lives of countless patients. To learn more about the Passionately Pink program and to register your affiliate, visit the Passionately Pink website.

Last year, the IAFF was the number-one fundraiser nationwide for the Susan G. Komen Passionately Pink program, raising a total of $108,948 split equally between Komen (to help support breast cancer research, screening and treatment programs in local communities) and the IAFF Charitable Foundation to help support IAFF members and their loved ones battling cancer. Funds also support the Fire Fighter Cancer Support Network. This year, we aim to raise even more money to battle breast cancer: $150,000. That's more than just a figure—it's the potential to change even more lives for the better.

To further inspire your efforts, the IAFF is offering several incentives for all fundraising events registered with Passionately Pink. Click here to learn more.
