The hotel room rate established for this Conference is $170/single or double, plus tax. The reservation deadline is May 27, 2007. All reservations made after the cut-off are on a space available basis at prevailing room rates. To confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require a first night’s deposit, plus tax. Checks and major credit cards are accepted. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately. All advance reservation deposits are completely refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival.
