Convention Headquarters Hotel: The IAFF Convention headquarters hotel is the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, located at 3700 West Flamingo Road, Las Vegas Nevada.  The Rio hotel is currently sold out during the dates of Convention.  You may still view or modify your current reservation through the Rio's housing web page by Clicking Here and using your confirmation code or by contacting the call center at (888)746-6955.

Suites:  A limited number of specialty and hospitality suites are still available at the Rio, ranging in price from $450 to $700 per night, plus tax, depending on suite type.  If you are interested in reserving specialty or hospitality suites, please call (702) 777-6448 or send an email to jgagne@lvrio.harrahs.com.  If you send an email, your request will be addressed within two business days.  Suite availability is based on a first come basis.  Do not contact the IAFF directly for suite reservations

Overflow Hotel:The Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino has been selected as the overflow hotel for the IAFF Convention.  Caesar’s Palace is located at 3570 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada.  The daily rate is $152 for a single/double occupancy room.  Click Here to make a reservation at Caesar’s Palace or call (866) 227-5944 and indicate that you are with the IAFF.  The room block cutoff date has been extended to July 25, so be sure to make your reservation soon.

Shuttle Service from Rio to Caesar’s Palace: Caesar’s Palace is only a mile from the Rio All-Suites hotel and there is a convenient shuttle service that runs every thirty minutes between them.  For a map of the two hotels please Click Here.

Guarantee Policy: A credit card guarantee is required for each reservation at both the Rio All-Suites and The Caesar’s Palace hotels.

Confirmation Policy: You will receive a confirmation of your reservation after each booking, modification and/or cancellation. Please review it carefully for accuracy. You must have your confirmation code at hand when altering your reservations online.

Cancellations: Cancellations received within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date will result in a one-night room and tax penalty or forfeiture of your deposit.  Failure to check-in on the confirmed arrival date will be considered a “No Show”. The guest will be charged a one night room & tax penalty and the reservation will be cancelled. Each hotel will have an early departure policy of which the guest will be notified of at check-in.
