Registration for all Symposium attendees is $500 (US). The registration fee will increase to $525 after September 1, 2007. For IAFF members only, you can join the IAFF FIREPAC Leadership Trust and become registered for the Redmond Conference in one easy step, just follow the instructions on the registration form. To ensure your participation at this important event your registration must be received at the IAFF office by September 30, 2007. Registrations received after this date will only be accepted based upon space availability. The registration fee covers the welcome reception, all plenary sessions, workshops, handout materials, special attractions and breaks. Hotel room and meals are at the cost of the individual attending.

Only one registrant per form. Those registering online will be automatically emailed an acknowledgment of your registration with a registration number. Those registering by mail will receive a letter acknowledging receipt of your registration fee, which will also include a registration number.

At the symposium you will be provided name badges that will include your chosen workshops.  These credentials will be necessary to attend all classes and symposium events.

Registration fees are payable by check, Visa, or MasterCard. Make checks payable to the “John P. Redmond Foundation” in the appropriate amount, or provide a Visa/MasterCard number and expiration date. Remember, registration fees are payable in U.S. dollars.

On line registrants will be provided immediate confirmation electronically.  Mailed registrations will be provided confirmation by mail, or electronically if an email address or fax number is provided.

The hotel room rates for the Redmond Symposium are:

$249/Single or Double, $259/Triple, $269/Quad rooms plus tax.  Limited rooms have been reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You may reserve rooms by:

The hotel reservation cutoff date is September 12, 2007.  All reservations made after the cut-off are on a space available basis at prevailing room rates.  To confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require a first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival.  Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.  All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
