The IAFF encourages its members to continuously build their skills and knowledge in their roles as fire fighters, paramedics and union leaders. Members have access to IAFF education and training opportunities on a wide array of topics. This clearinghouse provides access to online learning resources as well as information about hands-on training, classroom education, self-paced study, instructional conferences, scholarships and more.
