About the Affiliate Leadership Training Summit (ALTS)

The Affiliate Leadership Training Summit (ALTS) is the IAFF’s foremost educational conference and will offer a wide selection of workshops that help affiliate leaders be more effective in their roles and to help build their local union.

Currently, affiliate leaders need to know how to run their local and also how to combat the attacks that are being waged on workers’ rights. ALTS will offer workshops for affiliate leaders to learn the additional skills needed to fight back against these unprecedented attacks.
