About Affiliate Leadership Training Summit

The Affiliate Leadership Training Summit (ALTS) is the IAFF’s foremost educational event, providing affiliate leaders with the skills needed to build their local union. ALTS helps affiliate leaders gain important skills and provides an opportunity to network with other members from across North America.
