The IAFF Department of Education offers online job aids to assist our union members and leaders in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. You may access
them to get step by step advice as you complete your work.
Although online job aids may be read in their entirety, they should be accessed frequently as you begin tasks.
Before You Begin
The IAFF's online job aids require no special software or plug-in applications
to run. However, not all versions of AOL or Netscape browsers will display the
modules correctly. If you experience difficulty viewing modules, try
re-opening the page using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
