Colorado Fire Fighters Plan 14th Charity Golf Tournament

February 25, 2008 – Vail, CO Local 4138 is planning its 14th Annual Vail Fire Fighters Association Benefit Golf Tournament May 29, 2008, at the Eagle Vail Golf Club in Avon, Colorado. All proceeds benefit the Eagle County Make a Difference Day Food Drive.

The tournament is a four-person scramble, with teams competing in three divisions: Ladies, Mens and Mixed. Breakfast, lunch and prizes are included. Cost per team is $460.

Those who cannot make the tournament can contribute in other ways, including tournament sponsorships and prize donations.

The Eagle County Make a Difference Day Food Drive is a food bank sponsored by the Points of Light Foundation. The food is distributed throughout the year to the less fortunate in Eagle County.
