Tennessee Fire Fighter’s Spouse Competes on Hell’s Kitchen

March 11, 2009 – After making it through six rounds of eliminations on FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen,” Knoxville, Tennessee Chef Carol Scott has proven her ability to live up to the high standards of the show’s cantankerous host, Chef Gordon Ramsey.

As she faces round seven on Thursday, March 12, at 9:00 p.m. eastern time, the wife of Knoxville, TN Local 65 member Curtis Scott, will have the entire Local 65 membership cheering her on.

Carol is currently the executive chef at Peerless Steakhouse in West Knoxville.
She received her training at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas, Nevada, before serving in several prestigious culinary positions.

When asked why she wanted to be on the show, Chef Scott says she wants to be the best, and to be the best you have to train with the best.
