It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Jim S. McDonald of IAFF Local 867 - Winnipeg, Manitoba. Brother McDonald, 54, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 from bladder cancer.
The funeral will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Immanuel Pentecostal Church, 955 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3P 1B8, (204) 489-9000.
