It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Crystal Rezzonico of IAFF Local 493, Phoenix, Arizona. Sister Rezzonico, 56, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017, as a result of injuries she sustained from an on-duty traffic accident on August 10, 2009.

It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Michael Tyler of IAFF Local I-79, Moffett, California. Brother Tyler, 72, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Episcopal Church of the Ascension, 25 East Laurel Avenue, Sierra Madre, California, 91024; phone 626-355-1133.
