INGREDIENTS

2 frozen grilled fish fillets – Cajun or blackened
4 small corn tortillas
1 cup chopped baby spinach
4 tbsp 2% grated Mexican cheese blend
  Salsa
RECIPE

  • Prepare fish according to package instructions, cool just a bit and slice.
  • Divide fish over tortillas, top with spinach, cheese and salsa, fold and enjoy!
