| RECIPE |
- Combine turkey, onions, celery, apples, cranberries, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper in large bowl and mix well.
- Place turkey mixture in food processor and pulse for 2-3 seconds at a time until mixture is finely diced.
- Lay tortillas on flat surface and divide spinach leaves equally on top of each tortilla.
- Place ¼ c turkey mixture on top of spinach and spread out.
- Roll up like a burrito and enjoy!
