INGREDIENTS

3 c shredded cabbage
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
½ c apple juice, or broth or water
1-2 tbsp cider vinegar or to taste
  salt, to taste
RECIPE

  • Place cabbage, apples and apple juice (or broth or water) in a large skillet, cover and cook until tender.
  • Stir in cider vinegar and salt to taste.
