INGREDIENTS

8 oz low-sodium deli cooked turkey
2 c mixed greens
½ c frozen sweet white corn, thawed
½ c diced red bell pepper
¼ c diced green onions
3 tbsp fat-free ranch dressing
4 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas

RECIPE

  • Toss corn, red pepper, green onions and turkey with dressing.
  • Lay tortillas on flat surface, divide mixed greens over each tortilla and top with evenly divided turkey.
  • Divide vegetables over each.
  • To roll, fold in sides and then roll up tightly – enjoy!
