| RECIPE |
- Sauté hamburger, onion and garlic in a large Dutch oven over high heat until cooked. (If beef sticks, add a little water to release.)
- Drain any fat if necessary.
- Add the tomatoes, celery, potatoes, carrots, frozen vegetables, beef broth, and basil to the beef.
- Stir together. Let simmer for 2-3 hours.
