| RECIPE |
- Pulse bread in food processor until fine, place in large bowl.
- Add turkey, cheese, grated onions, and salt and pepper if desired.
- Gently mix together and form 12 3-ounce patties.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature registers 165ºF with an instant read thermometer.
- Serve with rolls and top with your favorite condiments.
