| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven using broiler.
- Toast each slice of bread until crisp.
- Place slices on baking sheet and divide spinach over slices.
- Top spinach with 2 tomato slices and then divide mozzarella and parmesan evenly over all.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until hot and cheese has melted.
