INGREDIENTS

4(½ inch) thick slices multigrain bread
8(¼ inch) thick tomato slices
1 c packed raw spinach leaves
2 oz fresh mozzarella slices
4 tsp grated parmesan
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven using broiler.
  • Toast each slice of bread until crisp.
  • Place slices on baking sheet and divide spinach over slices.
  • Top spinach with 2 tomato slices and then divide mozzarella and parmesan evenly over all.
  • Broil for 3-5 minutes until hot and cheese has melted.
