| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Spray foil lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place fillets on baking sheet
- Combine well mayonnaise and Dijon in small bowl and top each fillet with 2 tablespoons of mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon pecans over each fillet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
