| RECIPE |
- Preheat broiler, place salmon filets on broiler pan, season with salt and pepper if desired, and broil in top third of oven for about 7-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork – do not turn over.
- Divide spinach and tomatoes on plates. Top each with a cooked filet, sprinkle evenly with feta, pecans and drizzle with dressing.
