| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, and then in quarters and eighths, place in large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat.
- Place wedges on large baking sheet standing up on skin side.
- Mix together Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper, sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
- Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and crispy and brown.
