INGREDIENTS

2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed well
2 tbsp Mrs. Dash, flavor of your choice
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, and then in quarters and eighths, place in large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat.
  • Place wedges on large baking sheet standing up on skin side.
  • Mix together Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper, sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
  • Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and crispy and brown.
