| RECIPE |
- Heat large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and garlic.
- Sauté garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant, add spinach as much as you can and cook stirring until wilted then continue until all spinach is in pan.
- Cook until just wilted and serve immediately.
