INGREDIENTS

2 lb baby spinach, washed
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
RECIPE

  • Heat large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and garlic. 
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant, add spinach as much as you can and cook stirring until wilted then continue until all spinach is in pan.
  • Cook until just wilted and serve immediately.
