INGREDIENTS

2 lb broccolini, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large garlic cloves, minced
RECIPE

  • Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot add oil and let it get a bit warm.
  • Sauté garlic stirring often so it won’t burn.
  • Add broccolini and continue to cook until fork tender.
