INGREDIENTS

1 lb petite fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place green beans on large rimmed baking sheet, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 5-10 minutes or until crisp tender.
