INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
1 lb ground  turkey
1 c fresh bread crumbs
1 large egg, beaten lightly
4 tbsp onion, minced
  nonfat cooking spray
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
RECIPE

  • Preheat grill or broiler to medium high.
  • In large bowl, mix together all ingredients gently.
  • Divide equally into four patties.
  • Spray both sides of patties with cooking spray.
  • Grill or broil 5-6 minutes on both sides or until internal temperature reads 165ºF on an instant read thermometer.
  • Serve on buns with onion, tomato, and cucumbers, if desired.
