INGREDIENTS

1 (10-ounce) pre-baked whole wheat pizza crust (such as Boboli)
½ c no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 c shredded chicken
½ c sliced olives
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 small jar roasted red peppers, chopped
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
1 c reduced fat cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)

RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Spread tomato sauce over the crust.
  • Sprinkle toppings on pizza, finishing with cheese.
  • Bake on a pizza sheet or pizza stone for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool just a bit and then cut into 6 slices.
  • Serve with garden salad with your choice of fat free dressing.
