| RECIPE |
- Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender, drain well.
- Place potatoes back into sauce pan and add butter, salt and pepper.
- Slowly beat potatoes using medium speed and gradually add in the milk until fluffy.
- Serve immediately.
