INGREDIENTS

1 lb Yukon gold or red potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tsp unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ c 2% milk
RECIPE

  • Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with cold water. 
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender, drain well.
  • Place potatoes back into sauce pan and add butter, salt and pepper.
  • Slowly beat potatoes using medium speed and gradually add in the milk until fluffy.
  • Serve immediately.
