Romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into pieces |

white wine vinegar |

| RECIPE |
- Slice bread into cubes, toss in 1 T olive oil and Italian seasoning, place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes or until light brown and toasty, set aside.
- Put lemon zest, white wine and balsamic vinegars, sugar, garlic, ¾ cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a jar, close tightly and shake well, set aside.
- Toss lettuce, croutons, dressing and parmesan to dress and enjoy!
