| RECIPE |
- Preheat grill for medium-hot.
- Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside.
- Lightly season pork with salt and pepper.
- Brush each chop with sauce to coat.
- Lightly oil grill grate.
- Cook chops on greased grill, basting with sauce often, for about 5 minutes on each side or to an internal temperature of 145º on an instant read thermometer.
