INGREDIENTS

4 (4 oz) lean pork chops
¼ c lite soy sauce
1 c diced peaches (fresh or canned packed in juice)
¼ c chopped red bell peppers
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ jalapeno, seeded and minced
RECIPE

  • Marinade chops in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  • While chops are marinating, heat grill to medium high.
  • Remove chops from marinade and grill to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  • While chops are grilling, toss together peaches, red bell peppers, brown sugar and jalapeno.
  • Serve each chop with ⅓ cup salsa.
