| RECIPE |
- Marinade chops in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
- While chops are marinating, heat grill to medium high.
- Remove chops from marinade and grill to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
- While chops are grilling, toss together peaches, red bell peppers, brown sugar and jalapeno.
- Serve each chop with ⅓ cup salsa.
