INGREDIENTS

4 (5½ oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ c Caesar Dressing
6 c romaine lettuce
2 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 oz French bread
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Grill chicken for about 10 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165ºF, let cool a bit and cut each breast into thin slices.
  • While chicken is cooking cut bread into ½ inch cubes and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on baking sheet and toast until golden brown.
  • Wash and dry romaine lettuce thoroughly. Divide lettuce over 4 plates.
  • Top each salad with 2 tbsp dressing, 4 ounces chicken, ½ ounce croutons and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
