| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 325ºF.
- Grill chicken for about 10 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165ºF, let cool a bit and cut each breast into thin slices.
- While chicken is cooking cut bread into ½ inch cubes and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on baking sheet and toast until golden brown.
- Wash and dry romaine lettuce thoroughly. Divide lettuce over 4 plates.
- Top each salad with 2 tbsp dressing, 4 ounces chicken, ½ ounce croutons and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
