| RECIPE |
- Whisk together well egg, egg whites, coconut milk, nonfat milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla in shallow bowl.
- Heat a sauté or grill pan and spray with cooking spray.
- Dip both sides of each bread slices in egg batter and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. If you do not have enough room, cook what you can, and keep warm in a 200ºF oven.
- While the French toast is cooking, whisk together the orange marmalade, ginger, maple syrup and lime juice in small bowl.
- Serve two slices of French toast with 2 tablespoons syrup.
